In addition, Juan has extensive experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, particularly share purchase/subscription agreements, startup agreements, technology licensing agreements, intellectual property agreements, and SaaS contracts.

He has represented clients in state and federal courts in Florida and California, helping them effectively resolve legal disputes. He has also provided legal advice to companies operating in various states, such as Florida, Delaware, Ohio, New York, California, and others. Outside the U.S., he gained significant experience in corporate law as an in-house lawyer at Honeywell International Inc., where he managed hundreds of legal entities and oversaw their legal and regulatory compliance in the EU and international markets.

Juan also specializes in immigration law, advising individuals, businesses, and investors on immigration processes to the United States. He draws on his knowledge and experience as a U.S. government attorney in the areas of immigration, national security, and criminal law. He previously served in the Office of the Chief Legal Counsel of the Department of Homeland Security – Immigration and Customs Enforcement (DHS-ICE OPLA) in Miami and in the Serious Crimes Division of the 17th Judicial Circuit in South Florida.
